Mandatory Presentation: A presentation will be shared with adults prior to the first trip. This presentation must be reviewed with the student before the first trip. Link to video is in your course confirmation once registered.

Registration: 
Students can register for all 5 trips starting at $295. This fee includes transportation, chaperones, lift ticket and insurance. Registration deadline is Monday, November 30 at 8 am to receive the package price. No refunds after the deadline. Partial refunds are not available for the package price.
Students may register for individual trips providing space availability starting Monday, November 30 at noon. 

Have a Season Pass?:  Season pass holders: Trollhaugen $255, Wild Mountain $225.

Individual Trips: $77 Registration for individual trips will remain open until the Tuesday before the trip, space permitting. 

There must be a minimum of 40 students to run this activity. After 80 students, registrations taken as long as there is space on available buses. Registrations taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Need to Rent Equipment?

• Wild Mountain rental fees need to be paid in advance through Centennial Community Education. Please select the price option that includes WM rental fees during checkout. Help your child know what information they'll need to rent equipment. Sample Rental Form Top Chart. Students are expected to identify their assigned equipment by its unique ID number. This is especially important after taking breaks indoors, as rental gear tends to look alike.
• Trollhaugen rentals are done on site. Rental packages include a helmet. Please ensure your child has money to pay for rental fees. Rental Fee: $26

Have your own gear?
Please properly label with your name. It would be helpful if you could bundle everything and put it in a ski/snowboard bag. This makes transportation and identification much easier. Ski equipment cannot be brought into the chalet, please leave your gear outside on the racks. If you prefer, you can purchase a Ski Corral from Wild Mountain. Centennial student special pricing for the three sessions is $3.22 (total with tax). The Ski Corral is located behind the rental counter and is always staffed. When students want to check in their gear, they have to show their lift ticket proving they have Ski Corral. Then they are provided a tag with a number on it. This is what they will return to the Ski Corral when they want their gear back. Skis and snowboards cannot be left at the Ski Corral overnight. If you are interested in using the Ski Corral for all three sessions, please let Community Ed know during registration.

Lessons: 
We strongly encourage beginners to sign up for a ski/snowboard lesson. Lessons at Wild Mountain need to be scheduled and paid for through their Snow Sports Department in advance. To schedule your Wild Mountain lesson please email nathan@wildmountain.com. Wild Mountain does not allow onsite sign up or payment for lessons. Lessons at Trollhaugen are free. Please indicate interest when registering. 

Transportation:
We will leave the Middle School parking lot promptly at 2 pm on the day of the trip. Please stay with your student until the buses have arrived for loading.

When you drop off/ pick up your student(s) at the middle school, please DO NOT park in the loading area in front of the school where the buses will be arriving to unload. Late pick up may result in your student being removed from the ski/snowboard club with no refund. If students have cell phones we do ask them to send a text when we are in Forest Lake to alert parents of pick up time, otherwise please arrive for pick up at 9 pm.

Refunds:
Refunds will not be given for students who miss a trip; however, you can request a lift ticket voucher no later than the Tuesday BEFORE the trip. No vouchers will be issued for students who have not communicated with Community Education by the Tuesday before the trip. Lift ticket vouchers are good for the season at the location for which you cancelled.

Chaperones will be Centennial School District staff and parents. If you are interested in chaperoning, please email Cori Sendle at csendle@isd12.org. Please email by November 15 if you are interested in chaperoning. Chaperones receive a free lift ticket and rental if needed. Chaperones are required to ride the bus. See the Chaperone FAQ HERE
