Kids Club is a certified, fee-based, childcare program provided by Centennial Schools Community Education. 

We are located in our district's school buildings, and serve ISD 12 enrolled students and their families across 2 separate seasons. 

• Summer: K - grade 6 at 3 elementary locations
• School Year: Prek - grade 5 at each elementary, on school days
  (with optional Non-School Day on select dates at condensed locations)

Registration via Arux is required for each child, each season. | Space is limited at all sites.

Sites:
Rice Lake and Centerville Elementaries have varying space available per date and per grade group.
Blue Heron Elementary site is now closed to new registrations.

Earliest Start Date for new contracts is June 29:
We are now in "Window 4". Contracts received May 1 and after will be reviewed early June.
Earliest start date is June 29 (if approved, and as space allows).

To qualify for registration in the current window: 

Select a minimum of 15 days, June 29 - Aug 14, in order to be eligible for Kids Club care.  ISD 12 enrollment, grade level, and other qualifiers still apply.

About Us:

• We serve ISD 12 students and their families in a choice-based program, offering a wide variety of activities, such as: unique creative and academic experiences, social-emotional learning, and indoor & outdoor physical activity offerings.
  
  
• We meet (or exceed) standards for school-age childcare set by State of Minnesota guidelines, in order to provide the highest quality program.


• We provide care year round, with two separate seasons: School Year and Summer C.A.M.P.

• We strengthen social emotional skills through Character Strong curriculum by teaching students key character traits: respect, responsibility, gratitude, empathy, perseverance, honesty, cooperation, courage and creativity.

** PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS **

Families must register: each child, each season, by selecting from the options below. Space is limited at each site. Approved contract(s) required to attend.

Program eligibility: students enrolled in ISD 12 schools who are able to meet program/behavior guidelines and use the restroom independently.  Accounts must be in good standing to register and participate. 

Kids Club families adhere to: the policies, terms, and conditions found on our website, and as stated in the Kids Club Family Handbook.

**  REGISTRATION SUMMARY **

All submitted registrations begin in "Pending" status. Contracts are reviewed / approved based on eligibility and space. Families are notified of approval, or if there is a wait list.

NEW IN 2026! Non-Refundable Registration Fee and Non-Refundable Tuition Deposit apply to each contract at time of approval.  In order to process all contracts requests as quickly as possible: electronic method for payment is now required at time of registration. $100 tuition deposit applied to your season's first invoice (and after, until depleted). 

To best assist all families, we ask that you:

• Determine if your request for childcare meets minimum requirements and follows enrollment windows per season.
• Complete/Submit your Kids Club online registration in Arux. Select your Season, and Site, from the options below.

** SUMMER C.A.M.P. 2026 |  Grades: K-6 **

Non-refundable Registration fee ($55) + $100 Non-refundable Tuition Deposit applies to each approved K-6 contract.

• Window 4: May 1 - July 19 = Open Registration, limited dates and limited sites available. Requests submitted May 1 and after will be reviewed in June. Start Date: June 29 or later as space allows.

** SCHOOL YEAR | Grades: PreK - 5 **

• 2026-27 / Upcoming:

  • $25 per PreK contract + $100 Tuition Deposit 
    • for enrolled, future Centennial Preschool attendees only

"Window 3" May 11 / ongoing = Open Registration
Defined as: those with a child enrolled in ISD 12 Schools PreK-5 in the upcoming school year.   Registration will remain open. Contracts will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis (after prior lottery and/or wait list is served). Space is limited.
