ISD 12 - Centennial Community Education.

Registration in Arux is required for each child, each season. 

Online registration opens Mondays at 8:00am. Closes Sundays at 11:59pm on listed dates per Window.

• We serve ISD 12 students and their families in a choice-based program, offering a wide variety of activities, such as: unique creative and academic experiences, social-emotional learning, and indoor & outdoor physical activity offerings.
  
  
• We meet (or exceed) standards for school-age childcare set by State of Minnesota guidelines, in order to provide the highest quality program.


• We provide care year round, with two separate seasons: School Year and Summer C.A.M.P.

• We work in partnership with parents, caregivers, and their child(ren) to make their experiences happy, productive, and safe.
  
  
• We strengthen social emotional skills through Character Strong curriculum by teaching students key character traits: respect, responsibility, gratitude, empathy, perseverance, honesty, cooperation, courage and creativity.

** PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS **

Families must register each child, each season, by selecting from the options below. Space is limited at each site. Approved contract(s) required to attend.

Program eligibility: students enrolled in ISD 12 schools who are able to meet program/behavior guidelines and use the restroom independently.  Accounts must be in good standing to register and participate. 

Kids Club families adhere to the policies, terms, and conditions found on our website, and as stated in the Kids Club Family Handbook.

**  REGISTRATION SUMMARY **

All submitted registrations begin in "Pending" status. Contracts are reviewed / approved based on eligibility and space. Families are notified of approval, or if there is a wait list.

NEW IN 2026! Non-Refundable Registration Fee and Non-Refundable Tuition Deposit apply to each contract at time of approval.  In order to process all contracts requests as quickly as possible: electronic method for payment is now required at time of registration. $100 tuition deposit applied to your season's first invoice (and after, until depleted). 

To best assist all families, we ask that you:

• Review policies in the Kids Club Family Handbook
• Determine if your request for childcare meets minimum requirements and follows enrollment windows per season.
• Complete/Submit your school-age care registration in Arux by selecting your Season, and Site, from the options below. (Pre-K Kids Club - click here)
  

** SUMMER C.A.M.P. 2026 |  Grades: K-6 **

Enrollment based on space available. 15 day minimum contract. Summary as follows:

2026 Summer CAMP Registration: began Feb 16. 
$55 Non-refundable registration fee+ $100 Non- refundable Tuition Deposit apply to each approved contract.

• Window 3: March 23 - April 30 | First come, first served, after lottery / wait list is met
• Window 4: May 1 - July 19 | Registration will re-open. New requests reviewed in June. Start Date: June 29 or later as space allows.

** SCHOOL YEAR | Grades: PreK - 5 **

Enrollment based on space available. 2 day/week minimum contract. Summary as follows: 

• 2025- 2026 (current year): $55 Registration Fee applies to each approved contract. Non-refundable. Registration is still open for the current school year! Be sure to select your child's school SITE, and correct school YEAR from the options below.

• 2026-27 Upcoming Year (K-5):  Registration Fee + $100 Tuition Deposit (Applies to each approved contract. Non-Refundable) 
  Register during the Windows your family is eligible for. Dates below.  | Window 1: $40 Registration Fee | Window 2+: $55 Registration Fee.

• Pre-K students $25 Registration Fee. $100 Tuition Deposit (Applies to each approved contract. Non-Refundable)

Registration Windows:

* Online registration opens Mondays at 8:00am. Closes Sundays at 11:59pm on listed dates per Window. *

Windows 1 and 2 are Lottery based:

• Register at any time within the listed window's dates and receive an equal opportunity of enrollment.
• If/as site based grade groups fill per window:  Submitted contracts will be randomized and assigned to their school site, as space permits.
• Timestamps: Only registrations received in the applicable window are eligible for each lottery.  [Example: Register by 11:59pm, April 12 to be considered for Window 1 lottery / placement.]

2026-27 Upcoming Year:

• Kindergarten -Grade 5 Registration 

Window 1: March 30 - April 12 = Current Kids Club and Pre-K Kids Club Families
Defined as: families currently attending Kids Club / Pre-K Kids Club, with accounts in good standing. This includes incoming Kindergartener siblings of those currently attending Kids Club.

• (PRE-K - Grade 5) Registration: 

Window 2. April 27 - May 10 = "NEW" Families (and those who missed Window 1)
Defined as: those with a child enrolled in ISD 12 Schools PreK-5 in the upcoming school year - who are not currently attending in Kids Club.

Window 3. May 11 / ongoing = Open Registration
Defined as: those with a child enrolled in ISD 12 Schools K-5 in the upcoming school year.   Registration will remain open. Contracts will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis (after prior lottery and/or wait list is served). Space is limited.
