How do I cancel a Community Education class and receive a refund?
To cancel a registration, contact Community Education at 763-792-6100 or CCEOnline@isd12.org.
A refund, minus a $10 administrative fee, is available if your request to cancel is received at least five (5) business days prior to the start of an activity unless otherwise noted as some programs - such as sport leagues, adult trips and driver education classes - may have different policies. No refunds thereafter.
How do I make up a Community Education class?
There are no make-ups offered for a missed class (with the exception of Driver Education classroom). Please check your schedule prior to registration for potential conflicts.
How can I confirm if I'm registered for a Community Education activity?
You can find the details for your families enrollments under your Arux account Dashboard. Log into your account and scroll down until you see Current and Upcoming Enrollments. If you do not see your activity listed, chances are something went wrong and your enrollment did not go through.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to exhibit appropriate behavior at all times while participating, being a spectator, or attending any program or activity conducted or sponsored by the Centennial Community Education Department. School District policies apply. The following guidelines are designed to provide safe and enjoyable activities for all:
- Show respect to all participants and program staff.
- Take direction from program staff/supervisors.
- Refrain from using abusive or foul language.
- Refrain from causing bodily harm to self, other participants, or program staff/supervisors.
- Refrain from damaging equipment, supplies, and facilities.
