ARUX Transition

We have received a few reports of family relationships dropping from profile accounts when logging into Arux for the first time. If you experience this, rest assured your data is not lost. Please contact 763-792-6100. A staff member can reconnect your loved ones to your account.

Financial Assistance/Discounts

If you have a gift certificate or qualify for financial assistance and would like to apply it towards your community education enrollment, please call 763-792-6100 to register through a staff member. Discounts must be applied at the time of enrollment before payment. (excludes enrollments for ECFE, Kids Club and ELL programs). Discounts and financial assistance are not available online.

Need to make a change to your enrollment?

Please reach out to a Community Education staff member at 763-792-6100 or email cceonline@isd12.org to modify an existing enrollment to avoid a cancelation fee. Policies vary depending on the program. 

If you must cancel an enrollment, most activities require a 5-business day notice to honor a cancelation with a refund request. Cancelations incur a $10 processing fee. See the FAQ section below.

If you request a cancelation or change by phone or email on the weekend or on a legal and/or district holiday/non-school day, we receive those requests on the next business day.
