Conquer Beginner Ninja Rec Team (Ages 6-13)

A great way for your new ninja to learn the sport of ninja! More intentional training to get them ready for competitions. All comps are held in-house, same day/time as their practice. Athletes benefit from training in agility, power, perseverance, and resilience; attributes that all athletes strive to improve. Beginner Rec Team practices will primarily all be on the small side of the gym (also on warped wall and area of the large side), which will be specifically set up for the beginner level. Once they’ve mastered the basic techniques and challenges, they can move up to the Advanced Rec Team, which is all on the larger side of the gym.

Our Conquer Rec Team is designed for youth, ages 6-13 of all experience levels. Our Rec Team will practice on real obstacles inspired by the tv show such as warped walls, salmon ladders, tilting ladders and so much more during their weekly practice.
The 6 weeklong Rec Team consists of 5 practices and 1 competition.
The 8 weeklong Rec Team consists of 6 practices and 2 competitions.
