DASH Lacrosse (ages 6-12)

DASH Sports Summer Lacrosse camps provide participants a no-contact introductory experience to the game. Athletes will learn basic lacrosse fundamentals including stick handling, cradling, passing and shooting all in a fun, non-checking environment. This is a non-contact camp, helmets, gloves and mouth guards are not required but can be brought with and worn. Sticks and safety lacrosse balls are provided. Bring a labeled water bottle and snack.
