Prerequisite: Must have passed Level 3 or have equivalent swim skills If you are a diver age 11 or older, just beginning to learn the fundamentals of diving or with years of experience, ABC Diving is for you. Challenges the experienced diver and offers the time to practice and fine tune skills for competitive programs. New divers introduced to correct approach, front and back dives and how to begin putting it all together. Coaches work with individuals on each dive giving you what you need to improve. For those interested in competitive meets off season, you can sign up with USA Diving for an additional fee and still enter meets.
