Specialty Classes
Add-On Class: Registration required.
All are welcome to join us for a one-time class, whether you are already attending a weekly ECFE class or you have never been to ECFE before! Find the theme that resonates with your child's interests or introduce them to something new. Cost is $15/child for ages 1-1/2 to 5.

| Nature Explorers | Fri, Oct 9 | We'll start our class in the Early Childhood outdoor classroom, then take a nature walk. Our stories and projects will focus on the natural world around us. Dress for the weather! |
| Grandparents Day | Fri, Oct 23 | It's a day to celebrate the extra-special people in our lives. Invite your pop-pop or gamma to come to school with you! |
| All About Art | Fri, Oct 30 | Come dressed for mess as we explore our artistic side using several mediums - paint, collage, glue, fabric, and playdough. We'll also include circle time with some music and movement. |
| Books Come Alive | Fri, Nov 13 | We'll learn how to make a story jump off the page. Activities, art projects, songs, and finger plays will be based on favorite familiar stories - and new ones, too! |
| Music & Movement | Fri, Nov 20 | Songs, dancing, making/playing musical instruments, painting to music, a parachute game, and an obstacle course are planned for this day of fun! |
| Bakery Shop | Fri, Dec 11 | Our classroom will be transformed into a (playdough) bakery shop, and we will decorate a real treat to take home. A mischievous gingerbread friend may lead us on a hunt to find him! |
Notes for registration: There is no lottery for specialty classes; you will be able to register for any session where there is room. You may register for specialty classes in addition to a year-long weekly class, but each class should be its own enrollment. Register for your primary class or first add-on class, then select Continue Shopping instead of Checkout. Add your next class and repeat the process until you have registered for all the classes you want. At checkout you will be asked for a payment method (credit card or checking account), which will be charged only for add-ons class(es). Any other ECFE registrations will be held for the lottery.
When you check out and your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, your registration may not be processed. Please login to Arux again and confirm that you have provided an active email address and that you have complete all the required fields for registration.
