NEW! Workshop for Divorced & Newly Divorced Parents
This is a peer-centered, facilitated workshop designed for single and newly single parents navigating the practical, emotional, and relational challenges of post-separation parenting. Participants will leave with practical frameworks and personal clarity they can act on immediately. Learn how a consistent household environment reduces chaos and increases your children’s sense of security. Explore evidence-based approaches to self-compassion and identify reconstruction and understand how your own well-being directly impacts your effectiveness as a parent. Examine the often-overlooked yet critical relationship between how one speaks about his-her/their co-parent and the long-term emotional development of one’s children. Leave with a concrete picture of the values, rituals, and family culture you want to intentionally build going forward.
