Prerequisite: passed Red Cross Level 5 or have equivalent skills.
Skills taught: review Red Cross Level 5 skills, plus 200 yards each of front crawl, back crawl, and elementary backstroke, 100 yards each of breaststroke and sidestroke, 50 yards of butterfly, approach and hurdle from the board, pike and tuck dive from the board, general swimming etiquette, and CPR. Limit 10.
