NEW! The Italian Bistro: A Morning of Pasta & Pastry (entering gr. 5-8)
Transform into a saucier for the morning as we tackle the pillars of Italian comfort food. Students will learn the difference between a slow-simmered Red Meat Sauce and a rich, buttery White Alfredo. To round out the meal, we’ll practice professional plating for garden salads and learn the art of the perfect garlic bread toast. Cost includes all supplies.
