Boot Camp/Core Fitness

Winter & Spring 2026
Morning Class - Open to all fitness levels.
Classes will train both cardio and strength using timed, high-intensity intervals. There will also be a focus on building core muscle groups while improving posture through a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility. Modifications will be offered to ensure success for all participants.Â
